If this is your first visit to Yacht Club Salon please arrive 5-10 minutes early so you can fill out new guest information and receive your salon tour.
You’ll arrive at Yacht Club Salon and be greeted by our amazing support staff who will check you in. This is a great time to check out our beverage menu which includes sommelier picked beer, wine, cider and prosecco as well as many complimentary choices! Click here to see our current offerings.
Soon your service provider will come to get you and will walk you through our thorough consultation process. Â We will plan out, not just your first visit, but a long term plan to ensure all of your goals are met.
Your hair or natural nail service will be completed in our spacious, clean and modern salon by your friendly and caring service provider.

We’ll wrap up your visit by sharing our recommendations for at-home care, so you can get the same results at home, and set you up with reserving your next appointment.
Salon Policies
Scheduling
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required and appreciated if you are unable to keep your appointment.
A valid, and current, credit card is required (Securely kept on file) to reserve appointments. Your card will be charged for 50% of your reserved appointment(s) fees if you do not show up or cancel with less than 24 hours notice of your scheduled appointment time.  (Bridal and nail parties please refer to your contract for cancellation policies and fees)

Running Late
We understand that there are times when you may be running late. Please give us a call if you will be more than 10 minutes late so we can arrange the schedule for your Service and the Services for those scheduled after your appointment. If you are more then 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure your service provider has enough time to give your services proper attention.
Payments Accepted
We accept cash and all major credit cards.
A credit card number, to be held securely on file, is required to reserve wedding services and / or three or more spa services. In the event you are unable to keep your appointments please refer to your contract for cancellation fees.

Return Policy
All products are 100% guaranteed within 30 days of purchase as long as there is more than 50% of the product remaining. A receipt is required for all returns. If you do not have a receipt you will receive a product credit towards a new purchase.
